Cancellation policy

Our bookings are open up to 3 months in advance. If you wish to make a reservation further ahead, please contact us via email at booking@aleiarestaurant.com or WhatsApp +34 603 59 09 03 so we can assist you.

We operate under a very strict cancellation policy to protect our small business.
We accept cancellations or changes in the number of guests free of charge up to 7 days before the date of your reservation. Any cancellation, modification after this period, or no-show on the day of the reservation will be subject to a €210 fee per person.

For groups of 10 or more guests, cancellations or modifications are free of charge up to 20 days before the reservation date. Any cancellation or modification after this period, or no-show, will also incur a €210 fee per person.

If there are fewer than 7 days until your booking, please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change, by emailing us at booking@aleiarestaurant.com or sending a message via WhatsApp   +34 603 59 09 03.

About Allergies

Aleia Restaurant’s menu includes several dishes prepared with fish and seafood. Due to the nature of the menu, we kindly ask that you inform us of any allergies or intolerances at least 2 weeks before your reservation date.

We also discourage bookings in cases of severe allergies or intolerances, as the small size of our kitchen does not allow us to guarantee the absence of traces or prevent cross-contamination.

Lastly, and due to the nature of our menu, any allergy-related considerations or special requests will be addressed at our discretion. To ensure everything is properly arranged, we recommend contacting us at booking@aleiarestaurant.com before proceeding with the reservation, so we can confirm whether your request can be accommodated.

We do not offer a special children’s menu. If you visit us with children, they will be required to have the same menu as the adults. Therefore, we do not recommend bringing children under the age of 10.
