Cancellation policy
Our reservations are open up to 3 months in advance. If you would like to make a reservation further in advance, please contact us by email at booking@aleiarestaurant.com or WhatsApp at +34 603 590 903 so we can assist you.
We operate under a very strict cancellation policy to protect our small business.
We accept cancellations or changes to the number of guests free of charge up to 7 days before your reservation date. Any cancellations, changes after this time, or no-shows will be subject to a fee of €210 per person. For reservations of 10 or more people, we accept cancellations or changes to the number of guests free of charge up to 20 days before your reservation date. Any cancellations or changes after this time, or no-shows, will be subject to a fee of €210 per person.

About allergies
The Aleia Restaurant menu features several dishes made with fish and seafood. Due to the nature of the menu, we kindly ask that you inform us of any allergies or intolerances at least two weeks prior to your reservation. We also advise against reservations at our restaurant for those with severe intolerances or allergies, as the small size of our kitchen makes it impossible to guarantee the absence of traces or cross-contamination.
Finally, due to the nature of our menu, we will accommodate allergies or special requests at our discretion. To ensure everything is well organized, we recommend that you email us at booking@aleiarestaurant.com before making your reservation so we can confirm that we can proceed with your request.
We do not offer a special children's menu. If you are visiting us with children, they will need to order from the same menu as the adults. Therefore, we do not recommend bringing children under 10 years old.
